Overview

The Analysis screen in Comparative Agility is a powerful tool that enables you to generate actionable reports and gain valuable insights from your data. This article provides an overview of the features and functionalities available on the Analysis screen, empowering you to compare performance, identify trends, assess progress, and create or preview reports.

Creating a Report

Selecting a Capability

In the Analysis screen, report generation begins with choosing the specific assessment tool you want to analyze. Selecting a capability automatically filters your organizational view so you only work with relevant data.

Left Panel

Report generation continues in the left panel, where you can select the exact internal data source (whether specific folders, departments, individual teams, or collectors) you want to evaluate.

Right Panel

The right part of the Analysis screen provides you with the ability to compare your data with benchmarks or other reference points. This section allows you to choose the appropriate benchmarks or reference data to make meaningful comparisons. Alternatively, you can select internal portfolios or teams to run side-by-side organizational analysis.

Naming Report

Report generation concludes at the top right of the screen. Enter a custom title in the Name report field, then click Create (or use the dropdown arrow to preview the report layout) to build your finished analysis.
