Setting default language

Overview

Comparative Agility allows users and team members to complete surveys in their preferred language. This article explains how to configure survey language settings step-by-step.

Set the default language

To set the default language for an entire survey:

• Head to Settings and select Capability.
• Locate your capability and right-click it to open the menu.
• Select Configure capability.
• The Language option is located at the bottom of the right-side menu.

Set Language at the Team Level

When initiating a survey for your team, you can select the desired language before sending it out. This ensures all team members receive and complete the survey in the chosen language.

• On the Structure screen, locate the team.
• Navigate to the desired survey and right-click on it.
• Select the preferred language from the dropdown menu.

Now, respondents will view and answer the survey in the selected language.

Changing Language as a Respondent

As a respondent receiving the survey link, you have the flexibility to change the language to one you are more comfortable with.

• Click the survey link provided to you.
• Once the survey opens, locate the language selector in the top-right corner of the interface.
• Choose your preferred language from the available options.

The survey questions and content will update to your chosen language.
