Teams - Overview

In Comparative Agility, teams serve as the fundamental unit of analysis, measurement, and continuous improvement. Rather than treating teams merely as static reporting groups or administrative lists, the platform structures them around functional collaboration, self-assessment, and growth trajectories.

Step 1: About teams

Teams are designed to gather qualitative and quantitative data about their own practices through regular capability assessments (e.g., Agile, DevOps, Product Ownership, Leadership).

Teams exist within customizable organizational trees (Folder → Department → Team). This structure allows aggregate reporting at executive levels while preserving granular visibility at the team level.

Insights generated by team responses tie directly into actionable improvement plans (Recommendations and Action Items), driving continuous retrospective cycles.
