Collectors - Overview
About Collectors
Section titled “About Collectors”In Comparative Agility, a Collector is the active repository used to gather feedback from team members for a specific capability assessment. While the Structure screen defines where teams live, Collectors manage how and when data is actually collected from them.
A single team can have multiple collectors over time for the exact same survey. Each run creates a distinct repository of data, enabling you to:
- Track Continuous Progress: Store historical snapshots from recurring iterations (e.g., Q1 vs. Q2, or Sprint 10 vs. Sprint 20) to analyze trends and growth trajectories.
- Compare Specific Milestones: Isolate feedback before and after major organizational changes, training programs, or process shifts.
- Maintain Clean Data Separation: Keep baseline assessments separate from routine retrospective checks without altering past baseline scores.
