Directories (folders) - Managing
About directories
Section titled “About directories”In Comparative Agility, directories (or folders) allow you to group teams into logical divisions, departments, or value streams. You can access folder management actions in the Structure screen by right-clicking on any folder row or clicking the three vertical dots (⋮) icon on the right side of the folder bar.

Available Actions
Create parent folder
Section titled “Create parent folder”Add a new organizational level directly above the current folder, helping you build higher-level groupings or divisions.

Create child folder
Section titled “Create child folder”Nest a sub-folder inside the current folder to create more granular departmental or sub-unit structures.

Create child team
Section titled “Create child team”Add a new team directly inside this folder, placing it immediately into this level of your organizational hierarchy.

Assign to schedule
Section titled “Assign to schedule”Link all teams within this folder to an automated assessment schedule, triggering survey collectors across the entire group at set intervals.

Open in overview
Section titled “Open in overview”Navigate directly to the aggregated dashboard for this folder to view macro-level trends, benchmark comparisons, and response metrics across member teams.

Create report
Section titled “Create report”Generate an aggregate report that rolls up historical survey data across all sub-folders and teams contained within this directory.

Add to favorites
Section titled “Add to favorites”Pin this folder to your personal quick-access menu for fast navigation when managing large account structures.

Relocate the entire folder (including all nested child folders, teams, and survey history) to another position within your organizational tree.

Add tags
Section titled “Add tags”Apply custom labels or metadata to the folder, making it easy to filter and analyze entire organizational divisions across multi-period reports.

Rename
Section titled “Rename”Update the folder’s display name. Changes automatically refresh across all rolled-up reports without affecting underlying survey data.

Delete
Section titled “Delete”Permanently delete the folder from your account. Note: Removing a folder will also delete all sub-folders, teams, and historical survey data nested beneath it.
