Collectors - Managing

Understanding collectors

In Comparative Agility, individual survey collectors (the active repository where responses are gathered and stored) can be managed directly from the Structure view. You can access these collector actions by clicking the three vertical dots (⋮) icon or right-clicking on a specific collector entry beneath a team.

Available Actions:

Edit date

Option to modify the collector date of creation. This is helpful for adjusting historical reference points.

Add tags

Attach custom labels or metadata to the collector instance (e.g., Q3-2026, Post-Training, Steven’s teams). Tags help filter and segment collector data across multi-period reports.

Move to Another Team

Move this collector and all its responses to another team within your organization. Use this if a survey was launched under the wrong team or if a team has been reorganized.

Export data

Download all responses.

Move

Assign this collector to another team.

Delete collector

Permanently remove the specific collector instance and its gathered responses from the account. Note: This action cannot be undone and will exclude this data run from future comparative reports.
