Mass (Bulk) Actions
About Mass Actions
Section titled “About Mass Actions”In Comparative Agility, selecting one or more checkboxes next to folders, teams, or collector instances activates the Mass (Bulk) Actions Bar at the top of the Structure screen. This allows account managers and administrators to perform updates across multiple entities simultaneously instead of modifying items individually.
Available Actions
Section titled “Available Actions”New Survey
Section titled “New Survey”Launch a new survey collector across all selected folders, teams, or instances in a single workflow.
Create Report
Section titled “Create Report”Generate a consolidated report that aggregates historical assessment data across all chosen entities (folders, teams and instances).
Schedule Survey
Section titled “Schedule Survey”Set up or update an automated, recurring survey schedule for all selected nodes at once.
Send Reminder
Section titled “Send Reminder”Trigger an automated reminder notification to participants with pending responses across active collectors in the selected items.
Close Survey
Section titled “Close Survey”Instantly stop response collection and finalize active collectors across all selected items.
Relocate all selected folders or teams to a new parent folder within your account hierarchy.
Add Tags
Section titled “Add Tags”Add Tags: Bulk-apply metadata tags to all selected items to simplify global filtering and reporting.
Remove Tags
Section titled “Remove Tags”Remove Tags: Delete specific tags from all selected folders, teams, or instances in one operation.
Delete
Section titled “Delete”Delete: Permanently remove all selected items and their associated sub-folders, teams, and survey histories from the account.
