Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Capabilities screen in Comparative Agility allows you to customize and fine-tune assessments to meet your organization’s specific needs. This article provides a comprehensive guide on how to manage your capabilities effectively.

Enabling and Disabling Capabilities
Section titled “Enabling and Disabling Capabilities”Only enabled capabilities are available when creating and launching a new survey. Enabled capabilities are highlighted in blue, while disabled capabilities are grayed out.
Add data categories
Section titled “Add data categories”The Data Categories allow survey creators to define categories like location, preference, or role when setting up a survey. If you would like to include Data Categories into a specific capability, simply enable the ones you prefer.
Apply maturity framework
Section titled “Apply maturity framework”The Maturity Framework provides a structured way to assess and track team growth. By defining clear maturity levels, it helps teams visualize current capabilities and identify targeted areas for improvement over time.
Configure capability
Section titled “Configure capability”Access a centralized configuration screen to customize a capability by enabling/disabling categories, selecting or deselecting specific statements, and editing actionable recommendations.
Create new from template
Section titled “Create new from template”Creates a copy of the capability, allowing you to customize its statements and scale anchors without modifying the original template.
Customize Report Layout
Section titled “Customize Report Layout”Allows you to tailor the presentation of your analysis before exporting or sharing. You can reorder sections, show or hide specific capabilities, and adjust visual components to highlight the most relevant data for your audience.
Preview Statements
Section titled “Preview Statements”Displays a clear, structured preview of your survey statements, tooltips, and scale anchors to review the survey layout before distribution.
Directs you to the capability’s official web page, where you can explore its overview, research background, and underlying methodology.
Download questions
Section titled “Download questions”Export a downloadable file for the capability containing all survey statements, contextual tooltips, and rating scale anchors.
Export survey data
Section titled “Export survey data”Export raw survey data for your account. You can choose to extract data for a single capability or generate a complete export across all enabled capabilities.
