App Management - Overview
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The App Management screen, located under Account Settings, allows administrators to configure and manage enabled applications within their organization instance. This screen controls which applications are available to users and configure specific settings for each app.
The screen is organized into two main sections:
- Comparative Agility App - The primary application with multiple sub-settings
- Additional Applications - Personal Improvement App, 360 App, and Instant Insights App

Comparative Agility Settings
Section titled “Comparative Agility Settings”Main Application Toggle
Section titled “Main Application Toggle”Enables or disables the Comparative Agility application for all users in the instance. When enabled, users have access to the main agility assessment platform.
Enable Personal Improvement Teams
Section titled “Enable Personal Improvement Teams”Controls whether administrators can create and manage Personal Improvement teams within the organizational structure. Enable this feature to create and manage Personal Improvement teams within the structure.
Invitations Configuration
Section titled “Invitations Configuration”This setting controls the validity period of invitation links sent to survey participants. When enabled, invitation links remain valid until the invitation is manually revoked or the survey is closed. When disabled, invitations expire after the standard validity period.
Analysis Response Threshold
Section titled “Analysis Response Threshold”Sets the minimum number of completed responses required before survey results are displayed. Use higher thresholds to protect respondent anonymity. Lower thresholds allow results to be viewed sooner but may compromise privacy.
Default Survey and Report Language
Section titled “Default Survey and Report Language”Allows you to select the default language for surveys and reports generated within the platform.
Scheduler Notification Settings
Section titled “Scheduler Notification Settings”Send me Schedule Reminder Emails When enabled, you will receive email reminders about upcoming scheduled surveys and assessments.
Send me Schedule Upcoming Emails When enabled, you will receive notifications about upcoming scheduled events and surveys before they occur.
Send me Schedule Report Emails When enabled, you will receive email notifications when scheduled reports are available or have been generated.
Access to Applications
Section titled “Access to Applications”Personal Improvement App
Section titled “Personal Improvement App”Enables or disables the Personal Improvement application, which allows users to engage in individual development and improvement plans.
360 App
Section titled “360 App”Enables or disables the 360-degree feedback application, which facilitates comprehensive feedback collection from multiple perspectives (manager, peers, direct reports, self).
Instant Insights App
Section titled “Instant Insights App”Enables or disables the Instant Insights application, providing quick analytics and immediate feedback on assessments and surveys.
